I often choose to vote for "blew my mind" simply when its an amazing chapter that I loved, but this chapter actually BLEW My Mind. It was awesome reading the chapter again with a different perspective. I also didn't read the chapters name the first time so when I originally saw the "dog vs cat" confrontational moment I thought it was pure gold. The flashbacks were my favorite part of this chapter. They were an amazing set up to the final reveal. Seeing how quickly Inuarashi came to terms with the fact that he was about to lose his leg was beyond brave. I honestly thought Raizou wasn't on Zou and Inuarashi and Nekomamushi were just trying to save their people. I was wondering why Jack was so adamant Raizou was there. A Yonkos intel must rarely be wrong. I just still can't believe how bad ass and loyal the minks are. We NEED a mink in the straw hats now lol. But yeah, Oda REALLY REALLY sold this chapter from the jump. I had no idea that the minks actually had Raizou; Oda took everyone by surprise. When I saw both Inuarashi and Nekomamushi bow before Kanjuro right at the peak of the confrontation I couldn't believe it then I read "Raizou Dono is safe" and started yelling Excellent development of the MInks. It's quite clear to me that as a collective group their strength, spirit and ideologies have hit all the right notes of what Luffy looks for in nakama. Now that we know the Minks are allies with the Samurai, I think we might be able to truly expect them to help out in the battle against Kaidou that is to come and also become part of the Strawhat Grand Fleet. I have been saying that since before the end of Dressrosa, that the Minks are gonna be in the grand fleet. I hope no one questions my stance on that anymore. Obvious Division is obvious. Also, as I said before, there is much more to do on Zou and I don't think we will even get to leave. I'm of the opinion that Sanji will have to handle the Big Mam incident herself. This was really a great chapter. It completely over turned all the hype that recent chapters had created. Just goes to show how epic it was. I think since Kaido chapter, this was the best of the lot that happened after. For the same reason, it had colossal reveal at the end with dramatic writing leading up to it. This arc is turning out to be very very nice with all these chaps being nothing but a treat to read regardless of the waiting we have to do each week. BTW this is my first full arc which I have been reading live. Kudos! Coming back to the reveal. The reason, I would say Minks and Zou are that closely related has to do with their independent status in New World. Wano has already been said to be a country neither affiliated with pirates(Yonko) nor with World Govt. Same can be said of Zou. They are a mystery race residing on a island safe from invaders. It could be that both kingdoms have been supporting each other in maintaining their independent stance for centuries. This could be explain the brother hood relation between these kingdoms.
