I will be sharing you guys the upcoming one piece 815 Spoilers. Well, Oda certainly knows how to derail one's expectations. I was expecting Nekomamushi to be a vicious, ferocious brute. Instead, he's laid-back, fun-loving and has a playful disregard for authority (I wonder if his personality was part of why he and Inuaraushi ended their friendship), also, funny to see a Garfield reference. Gotta say, Luffy didn't react with the extreme anger that I thought he'd show, but he is determined to get Sanji back.

Why do I get the feeling that despite Zoro's indifference to Sanji leaving, when the time comes, he'll be fighting the second hardest next to Luffy to save him? Also, Luffy meeting with Pekoms didn't play out the way I thought (I was expecting Luffy to show him gratitude and sympathy for what happened), but he does know Pekoms name (with a mamushi at the end, but still), so that shows he respects him. Time will tell if he gives Pekoms an invitation into the crew. Oh, and speaking of new recruits, what if Luffy's comment about Sanji bringing Pudding to join the crew was a clever foreshadow on Oda's part? So the Vinsmoke are assassins who have enough pull within the WG to change the wanted poster of a pirate to alive only. Hm. My guess is the Vinsmokes are somehow related to tenryuubito (CP0 maybe?) since the tenryuubito can do whatever they want, or they were hired by the WG at some point to kill some high ranking official/noble/etc in a associated or non-associated WG territory. They could be blackmailing the WG like we'll tell the world you hired us to kill x person if you don't change Sanji's poster (well, it worked for getting Doflamingo the schichibukai tittle & dressrosa). Or it could be something none of us are even thinking about like Oda just did with the wedding. From what little we know about the Vinsmoke family it's that they are an underworld assassin family and probably the best at it too given their clout, making them something similar to the Yakuza maybe. So this begs the question of why would the WG influence the Marines to change the wanted poster of a Vinsmoke family member? At this point the best guess could be that the connection between the WG and Vinsmoke family is the Cipher Pol organization. I could very well see a situation where generations and generations ago the Vinsmoke family made an agreement with the WG. In exchange for certain freedoms and privileges the Vinsmoke family shared some of it's own members and/or arts and secrets with the WG such as infiltration and insurgency techniques.
